Hey guys.
I’ve decided that after years of working in the service industry, this is my first opportunity to actually enjoy Thanksgiving weekend. No late nights. No Black Friday prep. Just spending time with friends and family. That being said, the strip is going to be delayed a bit, since I haven’t finished it yet.
Also, I doubt anyone would be reading it today anyway, since I imagine most people will be stuffing their faces and then passing out, like I’m about to.
Have an awesome Thanksgiving, everyone. I’m so thankful for you guys.

So, I know this strip is late (going up on Tuesday and all), but there’s actually a reason for that.
This was the same day, one year ago, that I posted the first “JL8” (then “Little League”) to Tumblr. Back then, the strip was in black and white. Heck, there wasn’t even a specific Tumblr for it. A lot has changed. Well…two things have changed. Color and a specific website.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone who’s been reading, whether from the beginning, or from this strip forward. It means a lot to me.
